The Training Process
Step 1:

Identify your needs based on your perspective and as many others as are feasible to obtain through interviews and/or written questionnaires. |
Step 2: |
After analyzing the information, make our recommendations including objectives, session topic(s), accountability, and follow-up procedures. |
Step 3: |
Agree on the training schedule, fees, and any other related details. |
Step 4: |
Schedule and Conduct the training as agreed |
Step 5: |
In multiple-session programs, beginning with the second session, each participant will share their experiences in applying the skills learned in the previous session. |
Step 6: |
Provide periodic updates if multiple sessions are involved. |
