The Training Process

Step 1:

Identify your needs based on your perspective and as many others as are feasible to obtain through interviews and/or written questionnaires.

Step 2:

After analyzing the information, make our recommendations including objectives, session topic(s), accountability, and follow-up procedures.

Step 3:

Agree on the training schedule, fees, and any other related details.

Step 4:

Schedule and Conduct the training as agreed

Step 5:

In multiple-session programs, beginning with the second session, each participant will share their experiences in applying the skills learned in the previous session.

Step 6:

Provide periodic updates if multiple sessions are involved.

Step 7:

Have participants complete in-depth evaluations and “learning logs” outlining specifically what they learned and how they intend to use it.
